2. SANATORIUM EDEL - The redesign of the entrance at the EDEL private medical institution for children with respiratory diseases situated in Zlate Hory. The plan was to transform the entire lobby with a new cafe and bar along with the reception and souvenir shop. Part of the renovation was to also update with new toilets with a trend toward modern barrier-free high capacity style. Renovation of the public amenities has been completed. This is the 1st phase in the entire renovation of the entrance section of Sanatorium Edel. Next phase will be the renovation of the reception area with also the addition of new shops in place of the old amenities.3. Construction Underway Rajhrad - These are two semi-detached houses, so all up 4 Family homes are on offer that are modern and include undercover parking.
